    There are a lot of things that'll stop him and he might (might being the key word) even out a personal provision in place to say that he will escrow them or something like that..

    But the easiest reason is he couldn't, imagine trying to sell 200m shares of IHL right now. He would crater the share price and end up losing himself money...
