I've compare the top twenty between this update at 30th June and the 9 August list on the Chalice website. The total percentages are nearly the same at 64.59% and 64.7% considering the price has gone from $9 range to $6 range, no substantial holders are dumping to retail.
As others have alluded these changes are probably happening daily as the bots move shares between the large holders to create liquidity and try to snare retail holders during their manufactured price drops.
