Why would they need to insure themselves are they worried about a future impending law suit the cost involved was 13,000 in 2020 and 12,000 this financial year and extends to cover all Directors and officers of Coarzon, one would have thought that if they were working to the best of their abilities and being honest about what they are actually telling people then there would be absolutely no need to take such a path as they have by wasting more money on irrelevant crap such as that, or maybe they have been leading people down the proverbial path and seen it as something they really needs to do to cover their backsides because that's what it looks and reads like., but again they are professionals at it aren't they.
