Not debating with you the size of the deal- and tend to agree that at the moment it is probably a tiddler- but pointing to the necessity for financial transparency. Lack of transparency is a red flag on the new management.
Financial significance aside,more important is how the company deals with innovation. Novacq was heavily promoted by the company as being a wonderful new innovation in the aquafeed industry, and perhaps even ruminant feed.The fact is that less fish meal is required for prawn feed, so this is a huge sustainability bonus.
Asculpeous wonders why you are so keen to downplay this. Your first post on RIC was July 2020 so welcome aboard,but perhaps you have another agenda? You certainly seem to be unaware of all the airspace that was given to Novacq in the years prior to this.You certainly don't want to pursue an interest in what could become an extremely profitable business unit.
BTW nice accumulation pattern- you must be worried that this takes off before your fill!
