    The company has not generated cash from operations during the year if revenue is taken at net of GST….seems like the management miscalculated that cash from operations will help them pay the acq liabilities.

    Acquisition are not delivering synergy benefits because of staff cost blow out post COVID…either the revenue has to grow….I would sack the CFO who did the projections
