I understand the recent consolidation but I was surprised to see this in the annual report after the top 20 holders.

Of course the notes don't convert if the loan is paid ( I understand shares may be issued to pay interest) but in the event these notes were converted in whole there would be approx 1.1B shares on issue and a fully diluted MC of ~ 380M @ todays SP

looking forward to seeing any feedback on this
