A disgrace of a report! No progress year on year and more time working on how many bonus/performance/replacement of income issues than raising capital and looking after all shareholders. If you look at shareholder notices it is dominated by share aquisitions by the Smiths, total buys by P Smith amounting to circa 400,000 shares worth about $12,000 in mainly 20,000 lots. They should be reported to ASIC/ASX for the way they run a Public Company. Could I suggest to the three of them that they cancel some of there shares each year they dont deliver for shareholders, instead of issuing more, it would be novel! I will be voting against any more issues of shares to the present Directors at the AGM.
