The ~990k for exploration needs to consider all the geo software tools, contract personnel and aircraft (I seem to recall aero surveys, happy to be wrong) all add up and don't seem completely out of the ballpark. Contract geologists and geophysicsists are probably somewhere between AUD600 to AUD1,000 per day, light aircraft are a few hundred buck per hour to operate, specialized software tool licenses probably run in the 10's of thousands per license.

Why would a cash salary of $160k be "light on" when share price performance has been below average and stock excitement below par (both retail and institutional) in a copper bull market?
