I would have to agree. It's a fair question to ask however I would argue the old saying that if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. What we need right now is top tier management to get this going. I would justify this compared to paying for lesser management and achieve even poorer results. But yes, proof will be in the pudding over the next 12 months if the wages are indeed justified.
