What kind of TERRIBLE contract do you need to get yourself into that costs you $1.4 MILLION as a "termination fee".
Still a $600,000 salary, with a performance bonus?! What performance?!
How do they justify this guys salary?!

Losses from payments to suppliers and employees up $9.5m
It's all well and good to increase revenue, but when your expenses keep exceeding your costs constantly.... it's not sustainable.
Just..... urgh. Haemorrhaging left right and centre.
