    As with a lot of penny stocks, there are the 'pumpers & dumpers'
    The opposite is also true, the 'deflaters & purchases'. These deflate, down-ramp, criticize, lie, abuse holders & don't hold themselves.
    But they want in, but only at the price that suits them, the lower the better. IMO
