    That is correct Sir. Westrader057 is giving this a "positive spin" even in the face of ridiculous and I dare say very strange cost blow outs.
    How on earth will NET raise more capital?
    The new Chairman is not likely to go along with stupid promises and forecasts.
    I think everyone has heard of them before.
