This is the worst case of waste I have ever seen. Forensic accounts need to be sent to NET and established where is all the spending being siphoned to and who is the ultimate beneficiary of all these expenses. Why don't the shareholders start some class action on account of all the stupid promises that have not materialised. How can you still be designing IT systems after so many years and no real ongoing revenue. Goodness me....shareholders revolt,,,,,
