I'm trying to get an understanding of the annual operation expenses from the annual report. The 2021 year had expenses of $4.4M however that includes near $1.5M in finance costs which I presume are predominantly listing costs(not sure if there is an interest component for borrowings).. Taking out finance costs we are then looking at annual expense of about $3m for the year. Revenues are in the order of $0.5 to $0.6M so net costs about $2.5M for the year.
They have about $5M in the bank @ 30th June so assuming similar revenue(hopefully they will increase) they have enough cash to operate for 2 years.
Keen to hear differing opinions - especially accounting buffs.
