Spot on @Ex Oyster farmer - Only 22 days after you wrote this post they got their grubby paws on another $1.8million !!
Still no notice of the AGM which we were informed about to be held last month, however, I've just seen that there's been a slight change to the compulsory 5-month timescale from the end of a company's FY to hold an AGM.
Due to the pandemic, ASIC have added 2 months on to it. Therefore, CGB must hold the AGM by 31st Jan 2022.
It's just another measure of the philosophy involved here where they refuse to update the market/shareholders even on something so basic.
