I am surprised by the impatience shown here. Didn't management do due diligence for about 18 months. Here we have shareholders that have no information on hand, not trained in this displine advising management who has done the work, qualified in the field to change their course of action. I am not in this field, neither do I have all information to make an educated decision. Under such circumstances I would let management decide the best course of action to take.Lets hope management does the right thing by the shareholders.
