    The $3m is an accounting adjustment of the assets of Ziptel which were purchased by DOU.
    The scandal is the payments to Mondello who as a non-ex doesn't do anything but attend meetings. $200k to attend a few meetings is ridiculous. This isnt Telstra and he isn't a great business mind.
