Understandably, the "pursue a sale of Norrliden" has been ongoing for sometime.
And it might still be quite some time before we see anything come from it.
However, I'll dump some information here.
The "Lower of the carrying value and fair value" is effectively just the $500,000 USD spent to explore.
Under the original agreement - MRQ will be reimbursed all exploration costs ($500k) and any additional profits will be split. From my understanding, there is no additional perceived value placed on Norrliden due to this listing rule.
So what is the potential value of a 10% interest? I'll leave that up to you to speculate.
