    Are you sure that the Sengkang gas and electricity prices are not locked in? I suspect the prices are given in the PSC and the PPA - so there is no exposure to the market price. The gasfield sells to the power generator, the power generator sells to PLN.

    And careful with the BV of the assets - these are calculated based on the NPV of management expectations.
