It's similar (though not identical) to REH that did the same and for a time ended up on a PE of c.56, before pulling back and more recently, regaining some of what it had (on paper) 'lost'.
Maybe a small part of the pullback was due to negativity (in case numbers) ex Europe (France and Germany being two SRV office locations) plus the so far not widely publcised discussion of a 'third variant' of this novel coronavirus. We've all worked out how flaccid politicians and unelected powerful 'health advisers' love to control us and overreach with business and liberty-curbing restrictions.
