The 25% royalty for third party license going to SM is not acceptable, and we shareholders should never vote for it. When LPD bought Bright Minz the whole future profits of all the licenses should go to LPD, full stop.
The argument that we need protection against takeover was the only justification for having separate entities, and now this... pure greed.
I invest in other companies with unique patented technologies and none of them has this structure. I must be mad to stay long term with this company.
I have been here since the court case with LIT, but from now on I will look for the next exit, hopefully soon.
What a shame ... Mr Chairman votes to cash in for himself. 25% of a main revenue stream!!! Whats next?
