Thanks for the analysis, although I feel we dont talk about the same thing. Yes I was using SM / bright minz / GJ interchangeably, but it is the same person - LPD's chairman Gary Johnson. Yes he may not be allowed to vote for Resolution 6, but he can definitely influence the decision, if not the proposal at first place.

I dont have problems with having subsidiaries.

I have problem with LPD proposing to give away some of its potential future income to GJ and his band of brothers.

GJ is already the biggest single SH of LPD, even with all the dilutions in the last 4 years, so he is poised to benefit from any income stream of LPD in accordance with his share. Yes we value his inventions and industry experience that is the only reason we invest in HIS company and dilute his share from nearly 20% down to 6%.

Back when LPD was founded, not a single word was mentioned about royalty. LPD, or JW, is now saying that he wants some special deal for GJ. This Resolution 6 may be the first, but may not be the last.

GJ and JW have each other's back!
