totally agree IMO. Guidance of the ship was left too late and in reality things git unhinged when RT left. really needs to have change from the top commencing with the blokw you mention! - all IMO Can't understand why the top 20 SH's have not done anythinbg - the Gray group picked up stumps and left and yet IMO they were in a position to try and force changes through. anyway it is where it is ATM and the generic path was always IMO followed as it was seen as a quick and relatively "cheap" way of getting product out for revenues sake. however like you mention they have chosen the smaller marketable types with limited revenues and a decent amount of competition - for that decision alone chnage needs to occur - all IMO
