bonuses payable - well the KPI's on which bonuses are based have been specifically previously stated by management to be confidential - but one thing they do not contain is a KPI based on share price - how laughable is that given that generally a companies success on the ASX is based on its SP!. Also IMO the KPI's are kept confidetial because i have no doubt if they were released there would be such an uproar by SH'S - otherwise there would be transparency about them!
there will be further CR's - i did not particpate in the last one and nor will i particpate in any future ones as i can not see any value in this company without change starting from the top - even then if that occurs i will wait a while to see what any new management proceeds.
anyhow without the top 20 SH's doing anything about it i can't see this ship being righted any time soon. Play in the generics market but ultimate success will be determined by sales of product and that has been lacking even with what they have out there ATM. all IMO.
don't be too harsh on yourself - one needs to rely on management ANN's which always are spun in a positive way but imo theers a lot that they really need to answer! all IMO DYOR..
