The local retail price to the public would be considerably higher per Gj, say 5 dollars plus.
In ground it is worth approx 1 dolar per Gj ,roughly $1 billion per 1 tcf
If we could send it to LNG export, it would be worth much, much more than the local retail price. say 15 dollars plus.
