Those listed risks are neither complete nor exhausted, we won't be able to identify those unknown risks until we put NAL in operation, i.e. you can't tell whether it is a cold prop gun unless you try it. I agree with arfbarf, we should put NAL on line ASAP. Some unknown technical problems may push us further in delay if we don't have an aggressive plan. I believe our management will have a back on operation guideline and a timeframe attached to it. So we know where we are going and when we will get there.
