Noobie here.
Could someone explain the proposed demerger process to me. My understanding is they wish to demerge and create two new separate companies (Company A, Company B separate to AUZ)
If you currently own 10% of the shares in AUZ.
After demerger do you own:
10% of shares in AUZPlus
10% of shares in new company A
Plus
10% of shares in new company B
Sorry for the dumb question.
