Consol was happening sooner or later. SOI is out of control.

I'm struggling with a couple of things.
Why are they divesting? To make the balance sheet look better for finance?
I.e. "Hey, we're interesting in funding sconi. But get rid of all the other junk, we aren't funding that.

They don't detail what they are doing with thack. This might be an opportunity for COB.

If I was going to offload a company this is exactly what I'd do.
Cut ugly non core assets and consolidate.

The figures still don't stack up.
Wasn't any funding payback meant to be 5 years?
On the volumes and pricing that's not happening.
