Was thinking drilling results, JV, permits...qualification, off-take agreements...brick by brick to stage 1 funding...then grow organically...zzz

Annual Report Top 20 got me thinking...big changes...HSBC and Paribas (subsidiaries) book-builders for Volvo's IPO (Stockholm NASDAQ) now hold 60m shares...and MS Australia hold another 5m...mmm...geez that happened quick...what's that about...

Maybe IPO or takeover...who knows...what we do know is that Talga is absolutely critical to a successful Nordic and European EV industry...

Keep it local...world's best clean green anodes...MC USD 400m...would a battery maker just down the road pay a billion or two...bargain.

Can probably rule out a takeover, anode plant is a black box...complex and difficult stuff...too many things can go wrong early on for new owner.

More money in it for lads to IPO it...especially if output can be rapidly expanded and satellite plants can be built around the world.

Need a billion or a bit more for a 100k plant...list on NASDAQ in March when drilling results in, JV and off-takes done, MC then double.

We raise one billion...translates to valuation around 10b...roughly 20 x today's SP or 10x SP in March.

Think like a pollie...COP 26 in two weeks...opportunity for a minister to get up and say Sweden's leading the world...new graphite mine approved...more coming...we're fast tracking all necessary approvals to ramp up production of the world's cleanest and greenest anodes to meet future European demand...Net Zero by 2050 met.. 2030 commitments met...OEMs happy...battery megafactories happy...jobs galore...pollies happy.
