1 for 10, makes no difference apart from the psychological impact upon new investors to the company who may be hesitant given the circa 8.0 c SP. That's stated in the justification, plus I guess it makes the No. of shares easier to manage - but is that really necessary given computerisation is running the show? Dunno. It's happening anyway, we may as well get used to it.
As said by others, Lynas did the same thing, they have done OK since to change, I can happily report!
IDGAF about the name, maybe others have an opinion on that?
