Nothing particularly noteworthy, though I found this table fairly disheartening if I was a long term shareholder...




Hardly a great return....

I also dislike that Peter Cook cleared over $1m. Simply not deserved, though I can only guess he thinks otherwise.
Now if the company had actually met guidance, increased its reserves, and built up its cash balance, then I would think very differently.
I like that he holds a lot of shares, but.... the other directors, hmmm... not so much.

As for the Top 20 list... Not sure I have seen anything like it.
75% almost perfectly, for the top 5 shareholders. Yet who knows actually own those shares.
Sort of wonder if WGX register is quite weak (perhaps not surprising considering its mixed results over many years).



Here is a left of field idea... if WGX do T/O GCY.
They should high GCYs MD to run WGX!
I can only imagine who profitable WGX could be if it had the right team running it.
