I really think that the SP would skyrocket "if" they could get the mine approved by the community. It's so sad a take over is having to be discussed because this just can't be achieved.
The reason I have continued to hold, since 2011, is that the Board have good sized personal holdings, the second they sell off run for the hills, while they hold, I would say hold - Board personal ownership, to me, a very clear barometer.
Each to their own though, just my thoughts.
