In relation to the query about the Annual Report making no mention of the media report , the following is an extract at page 19 of theAnnual Report dealing with Events after the end of the Reporting Period;
"There has not been any other matter or circumstance arising after the balance date that has significantly affected or could significantly affect the operations of the Group, the results of those operations, or the state of affairs of the Group in future financial years.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS
Likely developments in the operations of the Group and the expected results of those operations in future financial years have not been included in this report, as the inclusion of such information is likely to result in unreasonable prejudice to the Group"

There does not seem to be a date provided for the signing of the Director's Report.
At page 9 of the Annual Report the following comment is made about the MRE
"Bankan Creek The Company significantly increased drilling at Bankan Creek during 2020-21 in preparation for the maiden Mineral Resource Estimate on the Bankan Creek deposit which was released on 30 September 2021."
The Annual Report was filed 29 October 2021.
The suggestion of raising at the AGM, why the media report was not mentioned in the Annual Report,is the appropriate forum for this question to be asked.
