A history of dissapointment for shareholders and a worry about the 'truth of the matter. The bet is the disappointment will continue. The weight of imagination rests with the shorts where profits are to be made as the company's value drops. On the other side the cheer squad focus intently considering that it's just a bad dream and continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with their tails wagging and their toungues hanging out waiting for the King to throw them a bagel. In between a small group of Oligarchs who have already made their money by moving sight unseen stand ready with their brooms to sweep up the juicy bits after the crash.
