Thought I'd run the cutter over the T20 from last year.

Most notable, it's remarkably stable.

Kyriaco is the big mover from 7.9M to #1 with 34M

Paul Guilfoyle sold a few, still holds 33.3M

Convertible Note holders Gangus and Schaffer haven't sold any. Gangus shares now held in Invia Custodian P/L

HTG CCO, Linda Shields, appears to have consolidated her Super and Personal holdings. Now sits at an impressive 19.65M

Arab Capital have added a few - 14.8M to 15.2M

Kieran James Slee is solid at 14.7M

Peter Canaway is also solid at 12.81

HTG Head of Solution Architecture, Jimmie Dean, holds 12.2M

HTG Head of Innovation and Dev, Jaron Warburton holds 11.275M

Former CTO, Diranne Lee-Renwick is solid with 8.2M

Michelle Napier, presumably HTG CFO Colin Napier's wife/partner, holds 7.6M

BNP Paribas have sold a few, 6.09M, previous 6.5M

Canary have added, 5.8M previous 5.3M

UBS have sold 5M, down to 5.08M, previous 10.33M

Paul Cozzi, has sold 3M, down to 5M, previous 8M

Anna and Paul Hart (Canary Principal) solid at 5M

Ross McKay/Christine Babbage are big movers, Ross originally held 325k SMS in 2012. Now 4.9M, previous 4.4M

Michael and Susan McMahon have added, 4.9M, previous 4.4M

Paul Madden is a new entrant 4.8M, not listed last year. Solid buying.

Christine Anderson drops out from last year. I think she is SMS co-founder Craig Anderson's wife/partner. In 2016 she was #1 with 11.85M shares escrowed for 24 months. She has been slowly selling down and exited in 2020 with the transition from SM8 to HTG.

Likewise co-founder, Hamish Jolly, 11.85M escrowed for 24 months. In 2018 Jolly held 17M. In 2019 18.27M. He also exited in 2020 with the transition to HTG.

Andrew Blackman also exited last year, 3.43M. Don't know who he is.

I believe there is at least one other holder whose holdings in different vehicles would appear high on the T20 if their holdings were consolidated a la Linda Shields.

All in all the T20 for the past two years reflects a strong, stable company with long term holders and new holders consolidating and adding significant positions in anticipation of Phase 2 growth as Harvest starts generating significant incoming revenue.
