well if the bureaucratic non commercially minded people handling these enquiries, would permit the JV to be announced and go ahead (after a full month in a trading suspension), then we would have more $$ in the Hemp related products column.
for months we have all been banging on, that we want SCU to produce/progress a deal in the hemp space (not just another MOU) well here it is !! your wish is granted but that's still not good enough for some. the reason company has requested another month, is no doubt in my mind the ASX have a long list of OTT questions they want answered, then those responses go off to some committee for review which probably takes another 1-2 weeks before they come back with more questions & clarifications and so on and so on.
Why don't they let the shareholders vote and decide on such a material JV, we have a vested interest not the ASX. Again to make the point, SCU are not looking to make a change to their business classification/industry/nature/etc... it's either hemp or seagrape. simple !! and shouldn't be taking this amount of time to release such a material JV announcement !
