The Company should only announce JVs that are confirmed, substantive and detailed.
Otherwise a Company (and there's zero evidence SCU does this) can pump out fluffy JV announcements without ever having an intention to follow through, for the sole purpose of juicing up the share price (e.g., to bring exec/advisor remuneration options into the money)
I don't think SCU does/would do this (I wouldn't be invested if I did), but I think they should be aiming for the highest possible standard of disclosure anyway.
