I believe that means he owns the rights to drilling results, research and any knowledge gained about what's in the land at forestania site. That would be very valuable to someone if clz went bust, as that means he can walk away with all the hard work results and would easily be able to get funding to form a new explorer company. Of course they/he would also chase the lease. I would not be at all surprised if in the near future we get an announcement to the effect of offloading forestania to raise funds. I believe the said rights would have been owned by us, the owners of clz until now. Just my opinion though.
