JZOM64 said - " they haven't listed the biggest risks associated with this company - the directors themselves?"

You should read page 38 of the Annual report.
I quote here directly from the Auditors report.

"Going Concern
Following operating losses and cash flow deficits, there is a heightened degree of judgement as to the
Group’s ability to continue as a going concern through the assessment period.
Accordingly, we considered the appropriateness of the going concern assumption, the question as to whether there is a
material uncertainty and the adequacy of management’s disclosure to be a key risk."

I have never ever seen an auditor consider, " the adequacy of management"s disclosure to be a key risk"

It seems that the Auditor also, may not consider management to be fully open and transparent in what they say.
