How do they propose they are going to deal with all the illegal issues shares that were not approved by shareholders?? Details of where these shares have gone and who holds them needs to be explained, shareholders need to know where the shares that were issued by the company breaching the rules are and how the company will recoup and wipe those shares.

I also like how they mention under previous management, lol TC is and has been there during previous management, get him out of you want this company to move forward.
