Directors are still owed $137k to make up for their reduced income this past year. So many unanswered questions with this company. Why did the previous secretary get such a huge increase before he resigned (over $447k for 2020)? Why did all the "consulting fees" more than double for 2021? How did MT get paid over $224k for 2020 when thy could never even say what he did or what his job was? So many more that we will never get answers to.
