yep… it’s one of those tests of patience right now. For me, I’m just a bit surprised as to there not being a major announcement yet given the date for conversion on the Con Notes. At the time of issue it seemed like a very specific timeframe matched with a very specific valuation to achieve the best results for conversion. We are now a week away (or thereabouts) and no real sign from anyone about an impending deal about to be signed off. That’s not to say that all deals are off the table and everything has fallen over, more just a bit of surprise that something significant hasn’t popped up yet. When the notes convert then I’ll get a few extra shares which sounds good but it would have been a better outcome had the shares been issued at a significant discount to the market price which would have implied a great deal had been signed.

all in all, I get the feeling that things are a bit behind the desired timelines but not off the table. There was a lot more chatter a month or so ago on LinkedIn from all the main players so maybe things are getting to the pointy end and people have to stay a bit silent?

Ultimately the biggest drain on the price is probably lithium and battery materials in general as they are running white hot at the moment so why would punters leave cash in a funny Israeli health tech stock with minimal revenue? Makes sense to see funds move elsewhere. If there is still belief in the HMD story then the current price would seem like a great entry price! Personally I’m not buying anymore right now as I’m about to have a few more from the Con Notes.

Clearly the platform and device work well under pressure as there have been quite a lot of pregnancy check ups done in the Shining Star field hospital of Sheba in the Ukraine. Surely there comes a nexus point where an overwhelming degree of utility tips into a pool of demand that moves the price upwards?? Everything works EXACTLY how it says it should on the box, there is actual demand for the platform and device… at some point it either launches or just fades to oblivion.
