I have no issue with this, it doesnt sound unreasonable, maybe their at the higher end of the spectrum, but I understand how we havent seen any success yet with the drill bit so people believe the execs should not be remunerated at these sort levels.
The question that needs to be asked is what would these people be paid elsewhere? I expect $200k+, and more with the responsibility of running an ASX listed company.
Yes they have made mistakes along the way, but I feel they are now getting their act together. My main criticism is they seem to be slow at submitting permit applications, but I dont fully understand the process and barriers.
