I do understand that Rocket - and in this case maybe salaries should be in place to keep good managers.
I guess where we may diverge is that BNL is still in "start up mode" and that members of the BOD should be aware of that and limit salary increases until some meaningful milestones have been reached.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, good drilling results - impacting positively the SP - would certainly give more credibility to requests for salary increases. Pretty much, none of us would be against that either.
