    With potential offtake partners, yes.

    From Para 2, pg18:

    ”The Group continues to engage with reputable Offtakers with the intention to enter contractual arrangements to sell production prior to commercial production.”

    This means they may already have buyers interested in signing contracts now before construction has already begun, this is all my thoughts though. Heavily speculative.
