Let’s hope so…the business seems to be running ok, but the obscene amounts being spent on legal costs are a negative and a big distraction. They are too small an outfit, and do not have deep enough pockets, to maintain this ongoing litigation war with the ASX…a speedy and intelligent resolution would have been much better.
