I personally do not like nominee companies on the register at all let alone to this extent.
In the event of a takeover attempt nominee companies appear to be able to vote as they see fit as shareholders or they can vote apparently the way in which the people they represent wish for them to vote.I just do not like not knowing who has a major interest in this company.
