A valuation for FEX of $33.08 - simply rubbish - pure and simple.
Would be happy with a buck - perhaps more achievable??
Re div: some expected at least 6c, there was a forecast of up to around 10c. The announced rate is still very nice - not many companies offer rates like this and still leave a fair amount of cash in the kitty.
