it’s quite funny. If everything was the balance sheet alone investing would be done only by computers looking for only a slightly larger return.
if a new company discovered a large gas field in Central Europe close to existing supply infrastructure Kokoro would value it at nearly zero as its making no money.
yet it’s clear to many that it would be developed and would be valuable.
