    $40mill of intangibles is a pretty picture for the balance sheet.

    $28mill of liabilities vs $9mill of actual assets is the scary comparison we might need to have a look at. Hoping the cashflow generation can cover the debt in the short term and the company will be in a great place. Fingers crossed no CR to cover any short term debt arrangements.
